In doing so, you authorize us to submit your information electronically and, when required, provide your electronic or printed signature on your behalf in accordance with the terms of the requested service.

We understand that our services require the collection and use of sensitive personal and financial information. We take data protection seriously. All client data, including SSNs, ITINs, and business formation details, is transmitted using industry-standard encrypted protocols (SSL/TLS), and stored securely using systems that meet or exceed accepted data protection best practices. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information. Access to sensitive data is restricted to only those personnel or third-party service providers necessary to fulfill the services you’ve purchased, and only under strict confidentiality agreements and security policies.

They are not tailored to your specific legal, tax, or business circumstances and are not a substitute for personalized legal counsel. We are not responsible for delays in government processing, acts of third parties, or your inability to receive documents or notices due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues.

All purchases made on our website or through our services are final once initiated. Due to the nature of business formation and government filing services, we cannot offer refunds for services that have already begun processing or that involve the submission of documents to third-party agencies. We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds or partial refunds in cases of duplicate purchases or clear administrative errors. All refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to review.

We may from time to time provide referrals or recommendations to third-party vendors, such as business banks, insurance providers, accountants, or website services. These are suggestions only. We do not control these third parties, and your interactions with them are at your own risk and governed by their own terms and policies.
